• 2-3 questionnaires for you and a loved one (partner, parent, sibling, close friend) to complete

• 1 hour feedback session

All interviews and feedback sessions are conducted via Telehealth. Please ensure a stable internet connection for the duration of the interview.

If you are interested in cognitive or learning assessments, this can be discussed and arranged in your interview. These are face-to-face assessments and available for Perth clients only.

Payment will be taken on the day of the assessment via your securely stored credit card details. If you would prefer to pay in instalments, please get in touch to discuss. Payment must be completed in full on the day of your interview. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours will be automatically charged a $250 cancellation fee.
